Canapé with Ham and Cheese Rolls

Preparation

Rolls:

1. Remove skin from ham, slice thinly.
2. Cut cheese into sticks (length approx. equal to bread slice width).
3. Slice cucumber lengthwise into thin strips.
4. Prepare sauce by mixing mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
5. Roll each slice of toast bread with a rolling pin, trim crusts, spread with sauce.
6. Layer cucumber slices, ham, and a cheese stick on the bread.
7. Tightly roll the bread with filling into a roll.
8. Keep finished rolls in the refrigerator until serving.

Canapé:

1. Slice bread rolls into 2–2.5 cm thick pieces.
2. Skewer a piece of cherry tomato and a ham roll.
3. Place the skewer with the roll on a TM "Aviant" crouton and optionally sprinkle with olive "earth".
